The relationship between Nemak Győr Kft and West Hungária Bau Kft has been steady for many years. The two companies conducted several general contractor commissions in cooperation since 2012.

In the contract signed this January the Nemak Győr Kft. trusted the West Hungária Bau Kft. for the third time with carrying out their latest investment. In the new building a production hall and besides the practical training centre social blocks (dining room, changing room, showers, and basins) will get room too.

During the execution the building is going to be built using a multi-storey preconstructed reinforced concrete structure. The building under construction consists of a four storey production hall, social premises and training rooms is a total of 4200m2.

The biggest challenge during the execution is that the construction has to be organized in line with the Nemak Győr Kft’s ongoing production processes. - answered László Menyhárt the West Hungária Bau Kft’s company director to our question. The works started in the middle of February, currently foundation works and the public utility works are taking place.
