The WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU KFT within a few years has become one of the most significant construction companies in Hungarian ownership. The companies’ belonging the WHB Group net combined turnover in 2014 superseeded the 33 billion HUF. The group thanks to this year’s investments expanded with ELIOS INNOVATÍV ZRT., so the net turnover in 2015 is expected to reach 44 billion HUF.
The West Hungária Bau Kft. established 18 years ago was able to win more and more significant commissions both in the private and in the public sector’s nationwide investments, within this year’s order book the company is involved in 40 projects. Such outstanding projects are linked to WHB Group like the general contractor execution of Brenner János Kindergarten, Primary School and Student’Home in Szombathely, the construction of the 5 billion HUF new unit of Borg Warner auto parts factory, the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Budakeszi, the Margit Hospital in Csorna. In Győr the Dunakapu Square, or the building complex of Győr Audi School and Kindergarten that was handed over last week are linket to their name.

We can bravely declare that the WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU KFT doesn’t just build but thanks to its stable financial background it means reliability to its clients. The number of its employees is more than a hundred, this year’s staff development is 30 percent.
The company’s already existing Monument, Builidng construction, Structural construction, Civil Engineering and Environmental Protection Divisions were expanded with the Nuclear Division this year, which division is carrying out maintenance tasks among others in Paks Nuclear Power Plant. Besides these we would liket to emphasize that our company went through an integrated restructuring and development this year, furthermore an expansion of its equipments took place, the value invested in the developments is nearing the one billion HUF.
This year our integrated management system was significantly expanded. With the ISO 27001:2013 information security, the ISO 50001:2011 energetics and the ISO 3834-2:2006 welding related qualifications we acquired appropriate nuclear energy qualifications and became the Paks Nuclear Power Plant’s qualified supplier- said Zsanett Lukács.
The WHB Group is representing itself in the field of property development through its asset management company. The group got involved with further property management and utilization projects last year, at present the sum invested in Budapest properties is about 8 billion HUF. For WHB social responsibility and sponsorship are of high importance whereby for many years and this year too they sponsored the Győr summer closing concert.
In the field of sports, we pay special attention to supporting the juniors training, so among others we sponsort the Felcsút Puskáv Ference Football Academy, and the Siófok Handball Club SE also belongs to our supported. Furthermore, we support the Győr Hild József Vocational School of Building Construction the Győr Mother and Infant’s Home and the Heart Catheter Foundation- added Zsanett Lukács the WHB’ colleague.
